I grew up in the South on cornbread,
sweet tea and the notion that home
isn’t
so much a structure, as a life
well-lived.
Traveling the world
at a young age, I never found
a true sense of home again until
I found Aspen. Then, it was love
at first hike. Real estate
is a natural for me here. It
satisfies my unquenchable desire
to bring you the good life, to
share what I experience each
day.
Service isn’t an add-on,
it’s how I am with people.
I’ll
dash to meet your plane with
your fave wine in hand. If you
call me at 2 am because that’s
when you take coffee in Sydney,
I’ll
pick up on the first ring.
In
the toughest economic times,
I outperformed everyone selling
fractional ownerships for The Hyatt Grand Aspen. I made 50
cold calls a day, closed over
40 transactions in 18 months,
and still chat with most of those
buyers. Success? Yes. Satisfaction? No.
Somebody once told me, You take leaps of faith
the way the rest of us take walks. I’d like to believe that, but what
I know is this: call it monotony, routine, the slow road—I hate it.
What moves me is the unclimbable mountain, the so-called impossible. In business,
I love taming the wild challenges, making things happen for my clients, checking
things off the list, delivering great news. I left
the corporate world looking for warmth, camaraderie and a hands-on
commitment to there’s-always-a-better-way.
My experience of BJAC? Each broker
is encouraged to shine and the
offices pulse with creativity.
You hear a lot of talk in Aspen about
selling the dream. To me, this is
no dream. It’s a chance
to live the most wondrous life you’re
capable of imagining.
Why hire this woman? I Will Come Through.
I can negotiate with the best of them and fight without
flinching to get you what you want. I’m There—which is somewhere
beyond solid and dependable, always at your side. I do my grittiest work behind
the scenes so you can sit back and relish the journey. I have a wide-ranging
ability to adapt, respond and cater to who you are. (Think of a chameleon,
with backbone.) I’m precise, no-nonsense and numbers-driven,
which shows up in my nationally recognized history of closing a deal fast and
clean.
I can also get immersed in the fine points of architecture and design. You’ll
see this in my original staging of homes, without the frou-frou price tag.
I have a dangerously good eye for underpriced antiques and consignment jewels.

SECRET PASSION Food.
I’m an eater. Okay, I’m really an eater.
When I was in New York with my husband, we booked three dinners a night so
we could experience more restaurants. Favorite dining place? Your house. Nothing
beats home cooking, and I never turn down an offer. I remain thankful for my
healthy metabolism.
BELIEVE in exercising
body, mind and spirit daily. Hike, bike, ski the Highlands
Bowl, go heli-skiing with my dad.
