INTERIOR FEATURES

The entry has everything you need in a ski condo—brick-like tile floor, a bench for changing in and out of boots, six cubbies, and a coat rack. A locked owner’s closet keeps personal items secure. A rough-hewn wood paneled wall and vaulted wood ceilings with beams are complemented by a charming chandelier.
  The first thing you notice in the main living area is a true Colorado feeling created by vaulted wood ceilings with beams, contrasting soft beige carpet, and a gas-log fireplace surrounded by a brick wall and hearth. Not to mention, the big views of Dawdler ski run and the surrounding trees through large windows. A glass sliding door opens to a slopeside deck large enough for an après ski gathering or summer barbecue.
  An overstuffed leather sofa, love seat, and recliner, create a cozy ski-lodge feel. A Sony TV, Panasonic DVD player, and Zenith VHS player are ready for your evening entertainment after a day of outdoor fun.
  Gather around the oak dining table that seats six. A wonderful custom made one-of-a-kind chandelier with an alpine ski motif hangs from the vaulted ceiling above. Local professional photographs of Aspen’s Winterskol fireworks and the Face of Bell ski run don the walls.
  The updated, totally turnkey kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms. A granite bar counter with three chairs separates the kitchen from the dining room making it easy to socialize. Custom crafted pendant lighting and a large island light in the kitchen complete the collection of the custom lights in the dining room. You’ll feel right at home in this easy kitchen with granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and light wood flooring.
  Appliances include GE side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser, GE electric range and oven, GE dishwasher, and Whirlpool microwave/convection oven complimented by a Kohler double basin porcelain sink.
  Handy cabinets in the hallway accommodate your storage needs.
  A remodeled, full bath looks very “today” with a granite countertop vanity, Kohler oval undermount sink, vanity lighting, recessed lighting, and 12” tile floor. The same 12” tiles plus accent tiles surround the custom shower with glass front.
  The lodge ambiance continues in the guest bedroom with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and track lighting. Single beds dressed in tan and red plaid are separated by an oak bedside table that matches the dresser. In addition to a closet, additional locked owner storage cabinets are located in the loft high above the beds. The stunning views from the two sets of windows are of treetops and panoramas of the surrounding mountains.
  Wake up to the sun lighting up the Rim Trail from the king bed in the master. The bed is tastefully donned in muted earth-toned bedding. Decorative weavings hang on the wall above. Two bedside tables, a matching armoire with drawers, and two large mirrored closets provide plenty of places for all your vacation belongings.
  The adjoining remodeled master bath is quite spacious. The vanity features a granite countertop, Kohler oval undermount sink with brass fixtures, an oversized medicine cabinet with mirrored front, and vanity lighting. The gleaming tub/shower with brass fixtures is surrounded by 12” tiles with accent tiles. The floor is comprised of 12” tiles, as well.
  A closet in the master bath houses a stackable GE washer and Whirlpool dryer.

  The road that runs from the mountain’s base to the Top of the Village is snow-melted in the winter to keep it dry.
  The complex is within walking distance of the Snowmass Village Mall for shopping, restaurants and activities and the mall is connected to the Base Village development by a gondola.
  An extensive network of trails start just outside your door, so you can ski right onto the slopes all winter long. (The adjacent Sam’s Knobs trails are among the first to open and last to close.) During the summer months, the trails offer hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
  Locked ski storage is available outside each Top of the Village Condominium building.
  Top of the Village management operates an optional rental program that allows you to easily rent your condominium to Snowmass’ many visitors.
