INTERIOR FEATURES

This open, light, three-level villa with lots of glass and windows just begs you to bring your brood.
The entry features a terracotta tile floor, built-in bench, a coat rack, and coat closet. A side light fills the entry with gentle natural light that is supplemented by a pretty wall sconce light of iron and frosted glass.
The ground floor bedroom has windows that look out to mature evergreens, plus double closet with mirrored doors and built-ins. A dark wood night stand separates twin beds with distressed wood headboards.
Convenient first floor bath has an oversized mirror above the vanity, opaque glass doors on the tub/shower and Berber carpet.
U-shaped kitchen is open to the dining/living area and has a bar counter that seats four. A window over the stainless sink looks out to the aspen trees. Updated stainless KitchenAid appliances include refrigerator/freezer; flat-top range and oven; dishwasher and microwave.
Light, bright living/dining area features vaulted ceilings with track lighting, and to-the-ceiling picture windows that look out to the views of aspens, evergreens, and the golf course.
