INTERIOR FEATURES

This bright and sunny, two-level condominium is deftly designed with privacy in mind. Each of the three bedrooms has its own corner and private bath. The main living level is very open so that everyone can gather in comfort.
  The entry/mudroom has an airlock entry with an earth-toned tile floor and a knotty pine ceiling with a spotlight.
  Covering the tile floor in the main foyer is a southwest-style runner that complements the teal wall with pine cone wallpaper border. Recessed lighting, a double coat closet, knotty pine bench with hand-painted evergreens, log hall tree, aspen log framed mirror, and an antique low boy chest make the entry accommodating and welcoming.
  The sizeable kitchen is totally turnkey with every houseware imaginable, including fondue pots and a George Foreman grill. Recessed lighting, tile floor, a large pantry closet, and an abundance of oak cabinets make this kitchen feel like home. A long bar with three contemporary pendant lights above separates the kitchen from the dining/living room.   Gather around the dining table with eight contemporary chrome and sage leather chairs and take in the views. A simple brass and green glass chandelier hangs above. An antique cabinet, a distressed wood hutch, and framed western prints complete the carpeted dining area.
  Step down three steps to the sunlit living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. Sliding glass doors open to a big deck and views of the Elk Camp gondola, Sam’s Knob and Mt. Daly. Natural stone surrounds the woodburning fireplace. The hearth is tile and an alcove stores firewood. Two cushy, casual beige leather sofas and two green and beige plaid upholstered chairs are complemented by a large coffee table and casual end tables. Prints of American Indians adorn the walls and carry the mountain theme.
  The guest bedroom off the entry features views of mature evergreens and has exposed wood ceiling beams, Berber carpet, bi-fold mirrored doors to a double closet, and twin beds with pine headboards that match the chest of drawers.
  The adjoining full bath with cream and warm red petite print wallpaper has generous vanity counter space and an earth-tone tile tub/shower surround.
  Carpeted stairs lead to the second level. A large skylight and contemporary sconces light the way. An under-stair closet provides bonus storage.
  The spacious master suite has all the trimmings—His and Her closets with built-ins and automatic lighting, a private deck with gorgeous mountain views, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a master bath beyond expectation. The bedroom is spacious and bright thanks to the sliding glass doors that allow an abundance of natural light and frame views of Mt. Daly and the ski area. High windows with honeycomb shades offer even more light. The room is warmly decorated with a king brass bed, a large pine armoire (that houses an RCA TV), and two matching bedside tables. A setting composed of a rough-hewn log chair and chaise with teal cushions invites you to relax, read a book, or take in the views.
  The huge vanity area in the master bath offers ample counter space, two under-mount sinks with brushed nickel and stone fixtures, good lighting and large mirrors on two walls, oak cabinetry, and a make-up area with an upholstered stool. A pocket door opens to the bidet, commode, and jetted soaking tub with two-tone beige tile surround. A large skylight fills the room with natural light.
  Behind two wood bi-fold doors off the upstairs hallway is a laundry area with full-size GE washer and dryer, plus shelf storage above.
  The upstairs guest bedroom is a lovely space with vaulted ceilings and wood beams, plus a glass door that opens to a deck and views of the trees and mountainside. Two additional windows fill the room with light. The log headboard on the king bed matches the chest of drawers and two bed tables. A rough hewn log chair with burgundy cushion occupies a cozy corner. A double closet has mirrored doors.
  The adjacent full bath is light and bright thanks to a skylight. The bath has a large vanity countertop, big mirror, oak cabinetry, and tub/steam shower with earthy brown tile surround.
